The terms that apply when buying personalised pet tags from DogTag.ie.
Personalised order approval
The customer is responsible for checking the engraving text, spelling, phone number, selected tag and selected colour before completing payment.
The preview is designed to help catch fit and readability issues before payment.
Pricing and payment
The price is €10.99 per personalised tag, plus €1.00 where back engraving is selected. Irish delivery is €2.50 below €20 and free for orders of €20 or more. VAT is currently shown as €0.00.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Orders are not treated as paid until Stripe confirms payment.
Production and dispatch
Paid orders are reviewed, engraved, quality checked and packed from Ireland.
Shipped within 24 hours via An Post. Delivery timing after dispatch depends on An Post and is not guaranteed.
Refunds and cancellations
If Checkout is cancelled before payment, no paid order is created.
If a paid personalised order has already entered production, cancellation or refund options may be limited unless there is a production fault or other approved issue.
