Dispatch from Ireland

We engrave, check and pack orders in County Wexford before sending them from Ireland.

Shipped within 24 hours via An Post. Delivery timing after dispatch depends on An Post.

Irish delivery

Irish delivery is €2.50 per order below €20. Orders of €20 or more receive free Irish delivery. Delivery uses standard Irish post.

Actual delivery time depends on the postal service, address accuracy, public holidays and other carrier conditions outside our control.

Personalised products

Because each tag is personalised, please check the engraving preview carefully before paying.

If we make an engraving or production mistake, we will work with you to put it right. If the customer-approved text contains a spelling error or wrong phone number, we may not be able to refund or remake it free of charge.

Returns and refunds

Because every tag is personalised to the text you approve, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Your statutory rights are not affected. If a tag is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

If there is a problem with your order, contact hello@dogtag.ie with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method and bank processing times may apply.
