How DogTag.ie uses the information needed to process personalised pet-tag orders.
Information we collect
When you place an order, Stripe Checkout collects your email address, phone number, payment details and Irish delivery address.
DogTag.ie stores the order details needed to engrave and fulfil the tag, including the engraving text, selected tag, colour, production status and delivery details.
How we use it
We use order information to confirm payment, generate production files, engrave the tag, pack the order, handle support queries and manage refunds or dispatch updates.
We do not need payment card details for fulfilment. Card processing is handled by Stripe.
Service providers
DogTag.ie uses AWS services for hosting, authentication, order storage, private production-file storage and email delivery.
DogTag.ie uses Stripe for Checkout, payment confirmation, receipts and refunds.
Retention and access
Order records are retained for operational, support and accounting purposes, and are reviewed when they are no longer needed.
